What: Crab Cakes Benedict

- Very eclectic menu. The brunch menu is what I would call, Mexican-fusion starting with the Carb Cakes Benedict. Delicious and was highly recommended. It’s a seafood take on the traditional eggs benedict but with wine hollandaise sauce on a bed of yummy crack cakes instead of English muffins. Delicious interpretation! It also came with fresh fruits on a flaky sugar bowl. Very satisfying breakfast.
- We also ordered the Top Chef Guacamole, which was prepared fresh in front of us. What an amazing appetizer with the chips that keeps coming to the table. I could eat just that for breakfast.
- We highly recommend you visit Cantina Laredo when you visit Chicago…or Ohio, Las Vegas, or the London (UK). Yes, UK. They are a franchise after all.
